Hen with Neck Injury!!!

A racoon attcked our birds this moringing. Around 5:30 we found a 2 year old hen still alive that appeared to be dragged up the side of the fence by her neck. She has had this injury for about 9 hours and i have no clue what to do. She is trying to eat but hasn't touched her water we seperated her from the others and gave her food and water. I have had birds for years but we have never had this happen before please help me in any way you can. I'm worried about my girl.

Clean it with diluted chlorhexedine and dab on some wound cote, to start

. . I think my dad beat me to the coop with his gun though

. . Oh well I can use it in the future we have been having a lot of coon trouble resently.
