Hen with no neck feathers

Any idea why my hen has no neck feathers. She's not broody and is the top hen so no signs of plucking. No rooster. Any tips?

It is pretty large and producers pride mini pellets.

No it's been going on and 24 months

Probably feather picking then. Some causes are not enough protein in the diet, overcrowded living space, bordedom, and more agressive breeds.

I'm gonna go with boredom, she is the most aggressive in the flock, and they have plenty of room. There's only 6 hens and a duck in the enclosure. It's a coop with a extra large dog fence
