hen with old injury that is yellow and not bloody (graphic picture warning)

shes been a little sad, and her injury was under her wing so we couldnt see it. we got her started on antibiotics today, shes eating alright, but shes sad and she stands kinda weird. shes the same weight as the other hens, but on the thinner side of things.
(i think she also has an eye infection, it might’ve spread from the wounds?)
im really worried about her, please tell me she will make it. i dont know what to do with this wound since is still open and seems so old.

I would apply some Microsyn or Vetericyn spray, or saline, and then when dry, apply some plain triple antibiotic or Neosporin ointment twice a day until it heals. Check your roosters‘ spurs to trim and dull them, since this is probably a spur injury. Can you post pictures of the eye? Are there any bubbles or gunk in the eye? I doubt if the eye is related, but it could be a sign of a respiratory infection.
