Hen with sharp, twisted wing feather?

Yesterday night I noticed that my oldest hen has a strange feather on her wing. She's at least 2 years old probably older. It pokes into her side when she's walking/standing so she spends most of her time laying on her side. I'm not sure how long she's had it, considering for the past few days she's seemed perfectly fine. She also started molting a day or two ago.

I'm hoping it'll get better within the next two weeks but if it doesn't I'll find a vet to take her to.
