hen with skin bubbles under wing

i have a hen that ontop of having feet with all her toes pointing the same way, she now has large (about the size of a dime) air bubbles under her wings. have no idea what this is. any help will be gerate

My mom is a fire fighter, after my bird was bit by a dog she had some air bubbles underneath her skin. My mom says people get things like that too when they get a serious wound, bite, stab, ect. You could check her for wounds, but I have a feeling it probably isn't that. But just incase. Good luck with your bird
