Hen with snuffles and sick-looking - cold?

She's 4 months old, starting standing alone two days ago, yesterday eyes closed a bit. Not exactly coughing or sneezing, just snuffling, like she has mucous or some blockage.
I will isolate her tomorrow and watch more closely. Should I give her some terramycin? I do have some.
Any suggestions?

I would keep her warm and dry, offer electrolyte water and nice treats to make sure she's eating. I personally would refrain from administering antibiotics, but that's a personal choice.

I don't think this is a cold. She makes a pathetic little gurgling noise when she breathes. She just stands, all ruffled up. Eats a few morsels of mash, not treats. Drinking minimally. Getting worse.
I have given her pedialyte and polyvisol in the water.
What can I do? Should I try Terramycin in the water or drench?
