Hen with spur

Hi, I have a two year old RIR who has a growth on one of her legs. It looks kind of like a spur, but only 1 centimeter in length.
Is this normal? Could it be something other than a spur?

Hens do get spurs, I have a couple with some:

My hen only has one though, do you think the other one just hasen't started yet?

Does she have long, pointy neck feathers on one side and short, rounded ones on the other? This sounds like a genatomorphic hen. This is when one physical half is male and the other is female. She may crow and she may lay eggs but she will be sterile.

She has never crowed before. But, maybe she is a chimera. . .

It happens from time to time. We have one right now. She'll be fine.
