Hen with spurs?

One of my polish hens seems to have spurs. They both face inward and kinda bump into each other. Am I wrong here is this normal for a hen. My other hens don't have them. Do I need to manage them at all?

I've never had a hen like that, but I've seen one in my friend's flock. I don't think it's abnormal, especially for some specific breeds.

Hens can occasionally have spurs, it's nothing to worry about

I just noticed my Welsummer (1.5 yo) has spurs! To the best of our knowledge, she’s never laid an egg! Could she be intersex or a hermaphrodite?
