Hen with strange bump and feather loss

Hello! My hen has a hard featherless bump a couple of inches above her vent. She is also loosing feathers on her neck and head. She was broody for about a month and lost a bit of weight and then this thing appeared. She is eating, drinking and behaving normally.

Also to note, we recently lost another chicken to Marek's disease - she had internal tumors. Could this be a tumor? It's definitely a lump but feels flat on top. Thanks for any suggestions in advance.

Looks like her preen gland as well as molting. How old is she?

Looks to be molting. Molts will sometimes follow broodiness. You should enter into the molting contest!
