Hen with swelling under eye

Noticed that one of my hens have swelling under one of her eyes today when I was giving her cuddles. She is acting normal and eating. What should I do?

One of my EEs has the same thing... don't know what it is exactly- could be allergies
As long as everything is normal, I wouldn't worry too much. She's beautiful though!
