Hen with vent issue

New to the forum!!! Looking forward to learning from everyone!

Need help with identifying what is going on with my hen. I thought it might be a prolapsed vent, but after soaking this morning, it looks more like some type of growth! I have no clue! I have a video(I can’t upload) that shows her vent and it looks intact. The red bump is looks like it’s on the side.

You can also upload the video to YouTube if that works better. Please keep the red prolapse from drying out with honey, ointment or hydrocortisone cream. Some use a human calcium tablet orally to help the prolapse go back inside. It looks like a prolapse to me. There have been hens with 2 vent openings. The video may help.
