Not in a rude way, but I would prefer to be given advice from someone who has had success in curing this or knows someone who did.
I've read many sites telling me what to do then saying their chicken died.
Sadly I am unable to take my chicken to a vet at this time, if I was able I would.
This chicken is one of my favorites, she is my egg laying pet and friend.
My chicken is at most, about a year old.
I caught the vent prolapse, I believe the same day the prolapse happened because I pay very special attention to my chickens.
When I caught it was 2 days ago.
During each of the two days I've given her 10 min warm bathes, and I've carefully tried to lead her organs back inside. I've also put petroleum jelly on her.
I haven't seen much if any improvement. It, by what I can tell, has not got worst though.
Thank you for your time.
