I have my Easter Egger polish that went Broody on my muscovies eggs and I’m just going let her encubate then. Just one little problem she won’t get up to eat or drink water, I am amaze that she went broody because she started laying a few months ago and not my old hens. Anyways any tips, I have place water and food 2 feet away from her just in case,

Just leave her alone. If she is planning on raising a family of ducks (or anything for that matter), she needs to stay on the nest. Setting hens are in a bit of a trance and they only come off the nest once a day or less. When they come off the nest, they will eat, drink, defecate and dust bathe. You don't have to put food and water close to them. They still remember where the food and water is. Depending on the ambient temperature, they may come off for an hour or two if it is quite warm. If it is cold they may only come off for 15 minutes or so.
Birds of all species have been incubating eggs for millions of years and they never kill themselves by not eating or drinking.

I normally don’t mess with her and leave her alone but I have notice that after a 3rd day she didn’t get up I was a little worry, I brought her inside my inclose porch because here in New England weather is crazy, one day is 70 next day is 20. I did take her out her next last night and she gave a huge pile of poop and ate and drank water but today I have not seen any but I’ll leaver her as you said.
