Hen won’t get up, tremble and gasping for air it seems

We have a barred rock hen, she’s about 4-5 months old. Normal one day the next she is just laying there, at first I thought she was sun bathing, but when I came back around she was still there. She won’t stand up. She falls to one side or the other. She looks like she is gasping for air, but no sound is coming out. When I put food in front of her she takes a couple bites and goes back to gasping. No other chicken is showing any issues. She does have diarrhea. We’re giving her water and isolated her in the run in her own little cube area.

Any ideas or help, much appreciated. We love this girl and don’t want to lose her.

How long have you had her?
What do you feed including treats?
Where are you located in the world?
What's her crop like?
Look inside her beak for any obstructions, lesions, mucous or yellow pasty material.
Could she have eaten anything rotten or moldy?
Any injuries to the body, to the legs, bottom of feet, joints?

I would keep her relatively warm, provide water or electrolytes and leave the feed for her free choice.

Do you know if she was vaccinated for Marek's?
Has she began laying eggs yet?
