These were sold to me as hens, but someone indicated that the buff may be a roo. Any thoughts???

Their age is the most important part.... Can't answer that question we know the age.

I live in south Florida. It’s REALLY hot, and it was nasty humid yesterday.

I was thinking cockerels, but then I was wondering if maybe it was just super hot when you took the pictures. I'm thinking pullet for the first, and keep an eye on your Buff for a couple more weeks. They may both be pullets though.
