You have been given some good advice. Currently I have around 400 birds but they have a lot of space and I have several coops so I can move birds around which I do sometimes. When I move them to another coop it's new to them so they all have to readjust and that often times solves the problems. Also you may have an instagator. If you take out the instagator for a few days then put her back she will then be at the bottom of the pecking order as most likely the other birds have reestablished a new pecking order.
