Hi everyone!

I have 3 hens, a RIR and two Red Stars, and two Mille Fleur d'Uccle pullets. We just moved the pullets outside this morning. They are in a 15(?) foot run with a dog crate inside for a coop. My hens are in an Omlet Eglu with a 13ft run and they free range all day in my suburban backyard. The pullets have been outside in a small run multiple times for a few hours at a time while the hens free range so they can get used to each other.

Here's the problem.

The hens are just horrible b@!$*es to the pullets! Any time they see them they start off with the unhappy chicken "groooonk" which continues for HOURS. They do it literally every time they see the pullets. It's incredibly frustrating as we are hoping to house the pullets with the hens when they're old enough. I know this will take some time for the hens to get used to the pullets, but what can I do to make this go more smoothly?

TIA!

That's not very long at all.
The pullets should be put on the opposite side of a fence during all waking hours for at least a week. Two will be better so they can acclimate to each other. Right now all your flock knows is some funny looking feather footed midget interlopers have invaded their territory. (Don't be offended by my description of your d'Uccles. I have one and she's my favorite!)
If you do not have a predator-proof coop for the pullets, they'll have to be moved someplace predator-proof overnight. And then bring them back out to their side of the fence during the day. I would try to limit the hens free ranging to half of the day so that they are forced to spend the other half of the day on the opposite side of the fence near the pullets.
Can you please post some pictures of your setup?
The more clutter you have in the run, the better. Those Eglu coops are awfully tiny. You may have difficulty getting those two bantams stuffed in there with those three hens.
