My original hen Black Australorp, soon to be 1 year old, and one newcomer; a 3year old white Americauna- My BA has 3 new chickslings, so I completely understand her hostility. This newcomer, She's pretty, hasn't lay an egg where I can find it yet, refuses my roo, she does seem interested in being friendly with me ~ the FOOD! provider, but her challenging & pecking at my hen is ticking off her time for the hot tub quickly! ~ problem is, she was a gift from a friend.
