Hens all lay in the same nesting box what do i do to stop that?

I am getting broken eggs because my 7 hens all lay in the same box and i have 4 other boxes but they all lay in the same one...what do i do?

Try using decoys in the other nests. Wooden, ceramic, plastic Easter eggs, golf balls any thing that looks like an egg will do. My current flock started out with store eggs till they started laying, now I have a couple of golf balls I move around the nest boxes. Other thing to think about is the thickness of the shell. With seven hens laying in the same nest a thicker shell helps.
