Hens all lay in the same nesting box what do i do to stop that?

I am getting broken eggs because my 7 hens all lay in the same box and i have 4 other boxes but they all lay in the same one...what do i do?

You could try putting some dummy eggs in the unused boxes. I have 12 nest holes for 20 laying hens, and you guessed it, they all lay in the same box. I try to collect eggs several times a day to avoid any of them getting broken. Good luck...

I had the same trouble with them all laying in one box. So I took 3 dummy eggs and put them in the other box and it lured them all over to that one. LOL So I divided up the fake eggs and now my hens use both boxes, alternating if a hen sees another hen in her favorite box.
