Hens Alternating on Molting and Egg Laying?!?

I still can't believe this! I'm a little jealous. Do you live in a climate that's warm all the time?

And I have to let you know that another hen has started laying again, so I'll take my 2 eggs and call it acceptable

We had cold Winters, but no snow, just heavy frost now and then and in Summer we had temperatures over 100 most of the time, 130 wasn't unusual! They were a nice mix of different breeds, so I guess I just got the recipe right
