Hens and 3 month old chicks not looking the best?

This year's weather has been quite crazy! We first had an extended winter and very cold temps (hens had to be cooped up for 1-2 months longer than normal). Now we have had excessive amounts of moisture, and when I say excessive I mean excessive. We have had so much moisture no crops could be planted. I have also heard many ppl having trouble with their cows just like us. Could the weather be having an effect, how can I increase my flock health?

Wet weather can cause an increase in coccidiosis, so I would make sure their litter and coop is dry and clean.
