Hens and Pullets, when to introduce?

I have two Buffed Orphington hens that are over a year old and two Silver-Laced Wuyandottes that are 3 days old, when is it okay to introduce them? I'm guessing at least 4 weeks? Will my older ladies want to peck the young gals?

You might want to read this thread. There is no set answer to your question. How you can manage integration depends on a lot of different things. A lot of us do it a lot. Most of the time we are successful but occasionally there are serious problems. Good luck!
