Hens are getting aggressive! What do I do?

My hens have just started laying this last week. We've handled them in the past, but they really don't like it much.

Well this week they have gotten a bit aggressive. Pecking at our legs/feet as we walk around the barn. It's like they KNOW we we are picking up their eggs and they are mad about it!

I wonder that to. We have one hen, that pecks at you when you pick up the food bowl, water, or another hen. I guess its just natures way of figuring which one to eat first.
