Hens are plucking out their feathers -- what to do?

No evidence of mites, thought it was the rooster but now I'm not too sure. My GLW started the trend and now my Sex Link and RIR are doing it too. I put some neosporin on my GLW since her skin has gotten sunburn and after picking it up today, notied how bad some of the scabs were getting. The Sex Link and RIR only have a few feathers out of place, but her, under her wings and what not, is nearly bald.

Not sure what to do now...



 
Usually if chickens get a taste of blood, then they are more likely going to keep doing it. My flock did that years ago but they eventually got over it. If it keeps happening you will probably have to separate each chicken.
