Hens aren't laying eggs in laying boxes

Our hens won't lay their eggs in the boxes, they lay them on the floor and in one certain corner of the coop. We get one egg from the boxes but the rest on the floor. Why do most of them lay in the same spot? How can I get them to lay in the boxes not on the floor in the corner?

I feel your pain... My younger girls just lay wherever the heck they feel like it, then they bury their eggs when they scratch around in the coop. I've given up and just dig around every night to find them. When we move they'll be getting a new coop so I'm hoping I can build them some different nest boxes and just start over then
