Hens aren't laying much (are they stressed?)

We have a new hen (we've had her for 4 days) and I think she's really upsetting the two that I already had. Is it normal for the existing hens in a flock to stop laying eggs while they adjust to the new girl. I assume that they are stressed. The new girl is in the coop right now for the daytime. She's not laying either. We've only had 2 eggs (that I've found) in the past 4 days. This is starting to stress me out a little. I'm juggling hens in and out of the coop. The newbie stays in all day to get used to her surroundings and the other girls are just free-ranging in the yard. Every now and then I'll see one want to go in the coop and lay an egg, but they're too upset by the new girl. I thought they'd use their back-up hiding spot for their nesting area, but they just don't seem to be laying now. What should I expect? Oh, and we don't have two coops.

I found 2 eggs today, although I don't really know who they are from. I feel bad cooping up my new girl for so long, so I let her out.
