Hens badly frightened

    My hens were out in my yard when a stray dog attacked. This was over two weeks ago. I've not gotten any eggs since then. When should I expect them to start laying again?

    I thought I should add, that they have been confined for up to three days at a time and I know they are not laying.

    Take them inside and give them a cup of tea [​IMG] Ease the shock


    Joking aside though..sorry to hear that .. I cant tell you anything that would help im afraid,
    Im not sure that there will be a definite answer..
