We have a hen that has started sitting even when we take her eggs, so we gave in and thought we would let her sit. She has a nest in the coop with the rest of the hens and everyday there are more eggs in her nest or she kicks some out on the floor somedays. The last two days we have caught her on a different nest from time to time and her eggs are not warm to the touch...Will her eggs hatch if she lets them cool off like that? She does get back on her nest after a while???? Crazy chickens

If she keeps switching nests and kicking out eggs, she probably won't do that well hatching. If you'd like her to hatch out some chicks, the best bet would be to put her in an isolated spot where she is by herself (no new eggs) and has no other nests to choose from. Then she is more likely to sit tight on her clutch. There are many great pictures of broody cages/nest set-ups in various threads - you might do a search for some ideas!
