hens bottom is all wet looking

I just treated for round worms a week ago and now notice my one hen has a wet looking bum I do put acv in their water normally what is wrong with her? And what can I do for it?

Also they have fowl pox the dry kind with scabs on the combs.

Can you post some photos?
How old is she?
What did you de-worm her with and at what dosage?
Does she have any trouble with laying eggs? (soft shell, shell-less, large/abnormal, etc.)

You may want to clean her up (just wash her bum in warm soapy water and then make sure she is dried well before going outside). This will let you get a look to make sure there is nothing going on with the vent. Look for any discharge or lice/mites.

She's under a year and has been laying fine. I used wazine (sp) and put the reconvened dose in their water. She's always been a strong layer good brown eggs. I will get her cleaned up when I get home what do lice and mites look like on a chicken?
