I am going to copy and paste this, to make it faster:

1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
She is a 1-year-old Buff Orpington hen. She doesn't feel lighter than the other hens, but i checked her crop, and it is more empt than usual(she has access to food, and it is 2:20 PM).
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Her breathing has a "Clicking" sound in it, and it is a bit raspy. She is also staying a little bit away from my other 2 hens. Also, not sure if it's relavant, but the last couple times I walked up to her, she layed down(on her belly, not her side) and did a weird little thing where she fiddled with the feathers on her crop.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
A couple days, but it's worse today.
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
At least one of them also has slightly raspy/clicky breathing.
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No.
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
Nothing.
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
Normal laying pellets(15% protein), and water.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
I dont know.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Nothing.
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
I will be treating the bird myself. Uunfortunately, a vet is out of the question.
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
Not really.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use
It's a small coop(about 2 sqare feet per bird, and yes, I know it's too small), I currently am not using any bedding(could that have caused it?).

Can I get over-the-counter Baytril, and if so, where can I get it FAST?

My first thought was an obstruction within her throat or airway, but then you mentioned there’s another hen doing it as well? Or am I reading this incorrectly? Raspy breathing with clicking like sounds could be almost anything from MG, Airsacculitis, Aspergillosis, tumors, Infectious Bronchitis or even the deadly and serious Infectious Laryngotracheitis.

Yeah, it's weird. She is still active, catching bugs and stuff. And she's still laying. And yes, there is another one doing it too.

Clicking or rales (rattles when breathing,) could be a chronic respiratory disease. Antibiotics will only treat bacteria, such as mycoplasma ( a bacteria-like organism) and coryza. They won’t treat diseases caused by viruses or mold fungus. Injectable antibiotics can damage breast muscle. I would get Tylosin powder for the water and treat her for 5 days at a dosage of 1 tsp per gallon of water. Here is where to buy the full strength:

Your best bet would be to get testing done, either by your local extention service, your state vet lab, or through an independent lab, such as this one:

Can I learn how to do injectable treatments at home without a vet?

BTW, I really need to do something fast. I ddon't on know what, but SOMETHING!
I wouldnt give it as injectables. You can give the injectable tylan orally. Depending on which one you get. Tylan 200 is 0.06mls per pound 3x a day for 5 days. Tylan 50 is .25 ml per pound 3x a day for 5 days. Both those are for oral dosages, not injectable.
