I started a coop about a month ago and now have a total of 9 hens and a rooster. They are all young, but of varying ages. I have 3 hens that are about 5 months old, two chicks that are less than a month and the rest are around 2-3 months. I have a new barred rock hen that is about 2 1/2 months old, the store we got her from had to separate her from the other hens because they were beating up on her. The night we got her she ended up with an impacted crop and has spent 3 nights in the house on "bed rest". Yesterday we let her back into the flock and she does not seem to be doing well. She paces at the fence and seems like she wants back inside. And one of the older hens is really bullying her. Should we bring her back in or separate her from the others until she is bigger or should we let them figure it out on their own. I'm afraid she's going to end up getting hurt or killed by the other hen.

Rather than just putting her in with the rest. Keep her separate but where they see each other for a week or two.
