Hens butt is large and feels full with liquid

Hello fellow chicken fans, I recently noticed one of my hens has very large butt.. The area from the top of the legs to the end of her body is much larger and protrudes more than the others. If I feel it, it's like a watery sack.. Is it vent gleet or something more serious? Any solutions? Thanks again for reading and any help!
