Every week or two I find another dead hen. Not a mark on any of them. It's happened in two out of three coops. The birds aren't old. The weather's not severe. I'm at a loss.

How old is your flock? Do they exhibit any symptoms? Do they freerange? Maybe you could have a necropsy done if another one dies? Good luck1

Some were born this past spring, some were born the spring before. They all look healthy. They have plenty of room in the coops, and get let out to free range most afternoons.

my guineas were doing the same thing about 6-8 months ago. We opened one up after it had died and found round worms in the intestines. Im not sure if this is the case for your chickens or not. I gave them Wazine (which is a worming medicine that you can find at Tractor Supply) and there was no problem after that. It wouldn't hurt to give a little to your chickens. Even if they don't have worms, it is also a preventive medicine. You just can't eat the eggs for 14 days. After the Wazine, you may want to crush up some garlic and put that in your chicken's water just to be sure.
Good Luck, keep us updated.
