There are a few things that will cause Feather Eating.
A feed is low in or has no Animal Proteins in it or Lice or Mites on the birds are the most common.

You can dust the birds with a good poultry dust and if your feed doesn't have animal proteins in it try supplementing with some animal protein or switching there feed to a better feed with animal proteins in it.

I would go ahead and try both out right away as the behavior can be habit forming.
