I hope that she doesn’t! Marek’s is pretty devastating. I had a chicken growing up that my dad had to rescue from a neighbors dog, who was shaking her profusely in its mouth. Our chook had uneven pupils for awhile and my mom said that she had a “concussion.” Hopefully your girl doesn’t have ocular Marek’s and is on the path to healing

I only have 2 birds, so I’m hoping she can live with this as I don’t want to have just 1 bird. She would be too lonely. I was planning on getting new chicks but won’t be anymore as I don’t want to infect an other birds

Don't give up hope. I have had very good luck bringing in vaccinated chicks. Last spring I added 5 Egyptian Fayoumis into my flock. EFs are naturally resistant to Marek's disease and a few of the parasitical diseases that plague chickens. You can find them at Cackle and Murray McMurray Hatcheries. I love mine to pieces. They aren't cuddle bugs but they are tough little birds and very pretty.

I have 7 OEGBs that I bought as vaccinated chicks. I am looking at my second generation and to date my losses have been very low and may or may not have been Marek's related. One I'm almost certain was from Coccidia.

Marek's is a weird disease but you can learn to live with it.
