Hens feet have lost scales and are all dried out and stiff! HELP!

I would rub them down with coconut oil a good helping. It is a natural antibiotic and moisturizer.

Here are some photos of her feet. The colour is from the iodine.

I'd say cut her toenails and soak the feet in Epsom salt and I wouldn't put any iodine on her feet more like vaseline

It looks like frostbite to me
