Hen lethargic, loosing feathers, and not moving much

This tells me she's likely dealing with an oviduct obstruction. It may be a shelless egg stuck in the shell gland or, worst case, a tumor in her oviduct. It doesn't bode well that this hasn't resolved yet.

I'm going to advise you to run down to Walmart and get a bottle of this kind of calcium. It's the citrate form and is absorbed quicker than Tums. Do not get the "petite" kind. Give her one whole tablet directly into her beak. No, she will not choke. Shove it into the right side of her beak as far back as you can so she doesn't fire it back out.

You can also fix up a crate for her with a heating pad on low under a damp towel to provide moist heat to relax her tissues and muscles. Make sure she has plenty of fresh water to drink as this condition can dehydrate her, adding to her problems.
