Going to have 2 bators running. One started about 6 days after the second so that I can brood the two hatches together, but hopefully get some hens fertilized by another rooster. I know that may not make sense, but it's not necessarily necessary for you to understand for you to answer the question. Possible helpful info: Last year I collected eggs and had good hatches so am apparently competent at that at least.

Scenario #1:
6 hens are with Cock #1 for 5 weeks. Those eggs are collected and put in Incubator #1.

Very next day, Cock #2 is put in with same 6 hens and I start collecting eggs for 6 days and put them in Incubator #2, will any of these chicks from Incubator #2 (started 6 days after 1st incubator) be hatchlings of Cock #2? (I know that some will be from the Cock #1, but will there be any from Cock #2?) Any idea of probabilities or percentages?

Scenario #2:
I have a few hens in another pen right this minute with 2 cocks. If I remove those 2 cocks tonight and replace them with 2 new cocks and start collecting eggs for Incubator #2 above, will most of them be chicks of 2 new cocks? That's if egg collecting begins on Days 9-15 of the time that the 2 new cocks are in with the hens.

Wow, I know that's all very convoluted, but hopefully someone that knows about fertility can give me a clue because I don't have one. Thanks. I just! realized yesterday that my test matings need to turn into meat bird production hatches even though snow is still on the ground. It seems too early, but it's not for dual purpose meaties.

1-4 days the eggs will still be fertile by the original Cock(s).
5-10 days the percentages will slowly get to the 50/50 mark.
11-14 days the percentages will be more in favor of the new cocks.
15-21 and you have 80% chance of the second cocks and that will increase.

After 21 days it is almost 100% new cocks. after 4 weeks it should be 100%

I should have mentioned that I am 100% on all the percentages, but they are in the ball park. Nothing is exact, but at least it is a decent template to go by.

this is close enough to a question i have if you dont mind me highjacking youre post i have 5 roosters and som hens free range every once in awhile 2 will fertalize the hen like 1 hop off the other hops on(so far no missing feathers) but im wondering which 1 would be the babys dady?

Could be either one. I hatch eggs last year from a Faverolle hen. I got 4 Faverolles and 3 Faverolle/dutch mixes. All eggs from from a pure Faverolle hen, but my Dutch rooster was 'visiting' her without permission.
