hens fighting help!

I have 2 arucana hens and I have been seeing them fight! What does this mean? We have no roosters and are new to chickens.

They are sorting out the pecking order and determining dominance. Chicken society can frequently appear cruel, but as long as no serious injury is taking place it is best to just let them work things out.
