Hens getting pecked, and rooster butt is bald?

I saw someone else posted about their rooster's butt getting bald from being pecked, so if anyone has ideas I would appreciate it! But, after messing with him tonight, we noticed that his neck feathers are getting pulled out too.

And, some of our hens are getting pecked out on their back - I would expect this with new hens, but these guys?

We'd need a lot more info, especially about their space. Use the questions in the stickies at the beginning of the emergencies forum as a guide. Can you identify a bully or a ringleader?
