Hens have worms. What can I treat the run with?

Treating hens for round worms. Is there something I can put in the run area to treat the ground to prevent reinfection?

Not really. Roundworm eggs are TOUGH! New ground on top, or gravel, or shoveling out two to three inches of the topsoil and replacing it with new.
