Hens lay fertile eggs without Rooster?

Dang it. Sorry I am new and trying to figure out how to post properly! So I don't know if the last post I wrote applied.
I have 10 Rhode Island Reds all females, no roosters. Yesterday I was collecting eggs and found what looks like a bird fetus! How can this happen??? I'll post pics below.

As I responded before, that looks like a lash egg. Look it up on this site, lots of info about it

It is infectious material, one of your hens is suffering from salpingitis.
