This is one hen of my four, she seemed fine 8 hours ago when I let them out of the coop this morning. Came out half an hour ago to bring them lettuce, she tried to come running with the others, but could only flop around using her wings, one leg seems to support her a little, the other not at all. I've not noticed any other symptoms; I picked her up and felt her legs & found no evidence of injury. She's now resting quietly off to one side. The other three seem fine. These birds are all about 14 months old, got them as day-old chicks early last spring, have been laying well & otherwise healthy. I wouldn't involve a vet, but would like to do anything I can do to help her.

Sorry for the circumstances. It's possible that she may have sprained something, or she may be showing the early signs of Mareks disease. I would suggest isolating her in a crate, and if a sprain she should gradually improve.
