Hens loosing feathers on underbelly

Only have 4 hens, but they are all losing under belly feathers. This began today, and it seems that one of them is completely bare and the others are well on their way. I've never seen this and don't know what to do... Any advise? Help

Are any of your hens "broody" that means sitting on a nest of eggs and trying to hatch them. If so they pull out feathers to line the nest. If not they may be molting. Molt can be very severe in some and very mild in others. In either case getting extra protein helps them re-grow new ones . If we could see photos maybe we could figure out if that is what's going on. Do they have any sores or redness where the feathers are missing?
