Hens missing a lot of feathers

Hello byc, I picked up two hens in need yesterday. One of the two is missing A LOT of feathers (see picture) from a rooster who was overmating her and the other one I picked up. She had a saddle on in the pictures so I didn't know the extent of the feather loss until we got her home. I've ordered Rooster Booster Pick-No-More to apply to her back, neck and wings. I tried Hen Healer ointment (that is the blue on her wing in the picture) on one of her wings to see if it helps because it is very red (looks like sunburn?). I have Vetericyn spray I could also use. I'm giving both plain water & electrolyte water, snacks with high protein to help her grow back feathers

I wanted to post pictures here and see if there is advice from someone who has dealt with this.

I've had to separate the two because the one who is better off (has more feathers but possible vent gleet) was pecking at what little feathers this poor girl has left. I have their cages next to eachother so they can still see one another and I ordered some chicken aprons so I'm hoping it was curious pecking and if I cover her back the other will stop pecking. I'd love to get them back together again but will keep them separate if that's what's needed for both to heal.

Thank you for any advice you can offer, I want them to feel well again asap!

I have another question about this one with less feathers. She's been here two days, she spends most of her time laying right by her food. Her cycle is eat, sleep, stretch, drink, repeat. She slept here on the floor and not on her roost last night. The other girl we got spends a lot more time standing and walking around even though her crate is smaller. Should I be worried or is she just recovering?

Curious how this turned out...

The two ended up doing really well! A little too well actually. They turned out to be real bullies to my original flock, I tried and tried to get them to get along but they just weren't a good fit so I rehomed them. Her feathers were coming back really nicely though by the time we got them a new home. I think they were used to free ranging the majority of the time and my girls have always been in their big enclosed run due to the amount of predators we have so they just couldn't get used to caged life unfortunately. Their new home free ranges everyday unless it is raining so I think they are much happier there :)
