Hens missing feathers. Plucking or not?

I have five hens and one rooster in my main flock, and they are all becoming a bit scraggly on their backs, necks and wings. I think it might be the rooster but I wanted some second opinions. One of the hens is missing barely any feathers at all.

I think it's very likely to be your roo.

I’ll get some later. The only reason I’m doubting the roo is because he’s usually very gentle and rarely breeds them.

Typical places to find it though.
The hens might get a few neck/head feathers missing even from eachother but I doubt many from back/wings.
I'm noticing it starting on one of my girls. Got to keep an eye on my roosters.

Bare backs would indicate the rooster. If it is scraggly feathers all over, it could be an early molt. I have one hen that is molting quite early. They usually wait till August or September.
