I have been letting our hens (Rhode Island Reds) sit on their eggs on their own for a while now. I think they should have hatched by now and they havent, any tips?

There's several different nests because I let my chickens free range so we have a nest in both of our nesting boxes, a nest under the front steps!! and a nest under our trailer, a nest in the tall grass we dont mow, a nest in my flower beds, a nest under a couple pine trees!! But I havent seen any baby chicks and we first noticed our chickens laying 2 or 3 months ago but we also had a coon that would come eat the eggs :( since we have gotten rid of the coon problem it's been about a month or two and theres been lots and lots of eggs that still haven't hatched I have no idea what to do because we just got our chickens happy and laying. they arent on any laying mash either. please help us!
