Hens need skin lotion

Howdy ya’ll,
Noob needs some advice.
My hens are lookin pretty good.
Plump, healthy, seem happy.
One has some dry looking headpiece
(What do ya call that? Is it still a comb on a hen?

Just checking with experienced folks to see if I need to do something. There’s some dry skin

Looks like pecking wounds to me. They will heal as long as the pecking doesn't continue.
