I have 13 isa browns, and they were laying great about 10 or 11 a day about 2 or 3 months ago and they went from 10 to 7 to 4 then to 1 or 2 everyday, I haven't done anything different and they just stopped laying, it's the middle of summer, and they are usually laying machines but they have just stopped any ideas or advice all appreciated
Thanks :)

You may want to worm them if you never have. No doubt that after a year they have some amount of worms. You'll need to discard your eggs for 10 days or so. Follow the direction of your wormer. Wazine is one that kills round worms. There are better wormers. You'll have to decide which one you use. You can get them at your local feed store.

A few of them are 1 year old and the rest are two or 3 how do I worm them?

there are specific worming medications for different types of worms. usually you want to know what type they have. I am not sure if there is one all encompassing wormer?

I use diatomaceous earth as a worming preventative mixed in the feed every 4 months and it has worked for me so far.

I would be very suspicious of mites since it's summer it's bound to happen and can affect egglaying drastically. Check the underside of the roost, that is where they live. they will transfer to the chickens to feed on them at night, so if you want to look for mites do it at night and pull them off the roost. check near the vent and under the wings.

if you do have mites, you will need to treat the wood in the coop, roosts, and the chickens. I use sevin-5 dust sprinkled on the hens vent and under wings while holding them upside down to open up the feathers. re-apply once a week for 3 weeks to kill any leftover eggs. I treat my roosts and coop wood with neem oil, and fumigate by burning cayenne pepper.
